Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun

So apparently some guy from facebook recommended this to me. He said : Dude Watch This thing it's mind-blowing. So I watched it but there wasn't anything good about it but the epicness of this anime come's from the end of episode 1. It really blowed my mind. The guy said  I LOVE YOU to the girl no teasing has happened he just said it then BAM. Apparently soon after the girl fall inlove with him as well. OK OK I'm gonna cut it here cause you'll gonna be spoiled. xD.

Is it Unique ? Yes apparently the guy saying I love you to the girl was a blow that it became unique.
